The Career and Technical Education Department at Dominion High School strives to engage students in hands-on learning to build skills for their future. CTE's mission is to ensure that every graduate is prepared for the challenges of post-secondary education and the workplace. CTE programs in Virginia public schools currently serve more than 550,000 students in grades 6-12. Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in Virginia public schools prepare today's students for tomorrow by offering quality hands-on learning in a "real-world" context.
