I have been in contact with Voip.ms and they say that it must be something in between their server and our Zoiper desktop software. It worked well for a while and no complaints, but over the last few months we have been getting tons of reports of calls dropping, either one side or the other side of the call only being able to hear, chittering/feedback on the line, and sounding robotic (most common). When the pandemic struck, we setup all our customer service people (around 10) on Zoiper connecting to Voip.ms as our on-premise phone system did not have a softphone option.
